Aesthetic Nurse

Jen Schorre is a passionate aesthetic nurse with an illustrious 20-year career in nursing. With 15 years of invaluable experience in emergency medicine followed by 5 years dedicated to the artistry of aesthetics, Jen brings a unique blend of expertise to Micallef Plastic Surgery.

Driven by a philosophy rooted in achieving natural results, Jen specializes in facial balancing utilizing a multimodality approach. She believes that nonsurgical treatments such as injectables should be undetectable. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, Jen approaches injectables as an art form, ensuring that every patient maintains their unique beauty.

Jen is committed to providing the best patient experience. She prioritizes genuine connections and fosters lasting relationships. She is dedicated to helping her patients look and feel their best so they can be the best version of themselves.

Jen is a proud army wife and mother of 2 amazing kids and 1 fur baby. She loves to travel and explore new destinations with her family. She also finds joy in the simplicity of a good home-cooked meal and going to church on Sundays.

Amanda Curtis

Aesthetic Nurse

Amanda Curtis is a Masters’ prepared aesthetic nurse practitioner and Air Force veteran with almost 10 years of nursing experience. She has a comprehensive background in nursing, spanning bedside, ER, community health, military medicine, family practice, and aesthetic medicine. Amanda is unwavering in her dedication to advancing her education, refining her skills, and providing her patients with the most optimal, thorough, and effective treatments possible.

Amanda is passionate about giving her patients natural results that restore and maintain their original beauty. She provides a comprehensive multimodality treatment plan that addresses patients’ concerns. In addition to aesthetic medicine, Amanda is passionate about regenerative medicine, hormone replacement therapy, nutrition, and weight loss.

Amanda is the mother to 3 of her greatest blessings - Mckensie, Zachary and Liam. She and her husband Doug enjoy traveling, camping, and exploring the great outdoors with their children. Some of their favorite activities include sailing, canoeing, or paddle boarding in the summer and spending time skiing with their children in the winter. Amanda also enjoys varied culinary pursuits and experimenting in the kitchen with sourdough starters and kombucha. On Sunday, you can find their family at church, connecting with family and friends.

Jennifer Kingsborough

Lymphatic Massage Therapist/Licensed Massage Therapist

Jennifer is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a passion for helping others heal and find relief through the power of touch. Specializing in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Post-Op Massage, Therapeutic Massage, and Non-Invasive Body Contouring, she is dedicated to providing her clients with personalized care and attention to address their specific needs. Jennifer strives to create a safe and nurturing environment where her clients can relax, rejuvenate, and restore balance to their mind, body, and spirit.

A mom of three, Jennifer has been married for 12 years. In her free time, she is usually found at one of her kids' sporting events.

With over 20 years of dedicated industry experience, Crosby Bailey is a seasoned professional in aesthetics. Certified in lasers, advanced skin treatments, and neurotoxins and recognized as an acne specialist, she has consistently demonstrated a passion for medical aesthetics that has transformed countless lives.

Throughout her career, Crosby has been committed to helping individuals achieve their skin goals through cutting-edge treatments and personalized care, delivering unparalleled results that speak for themselves. Tatiana Ruiz

Patient Care Coordinator, Office Manager

Tatiana is Dr. Micallef’s Patient Care Coordinator and office manager. Born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, she grew up in a country known for its rapid growth in the aesthetic, dermatological, and cosmetic industries. Surrounded by a society with a strong focus on beauty and innovative technology, Tatiana developed a keen eye for aesthetics. Her background in design and construction reflects her passion for architecture and design. She enjoys salsa dancing and traveling, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Tatiana supports Dr. Micallef by managing his clinical staff and schedule, consulting with new patients, booking surgeries, and ensuring all patient questions are answered throughout the process. Whether it’s helping with surgery preparations, financing, or recovery questions, she is dedicated to ensuring each patient feels heard, educated about their procedures, and receives a first-class experience. Tatiana is committed to empowering patients to make informed decisions about their beauty and health journeys.

Vanessa Pricer

Front Desk Manager & Concierge

With over a decade of experience in the aesthetics industry, Vanessa has cultivated a deep passion for educating patients about the diverse array of aesthetic services and treatments available. Her dedication to enhancing patient knowledge and care has been the cornerstone of her professional journey.

Beyond her work in aesthetics, she volunteers at the San Antonio Museum of Art, contributing to the community while indulging in her love for art. In her personal time, Vanessa enjoys a well-rounded lifestyle that includes reading, meditation, yoga, and golf. These activities help her maintain a balanced and mindful approach to both her personal and professional life.
