Dr. Davila earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from Baylor University before obtaining his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of the Incarnate Word School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Texas Institute for Graduate Medical Education & Research in San Antonio. He also holds professional certifications as a Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-CEP) and Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN), allowing him to design individualized exercise, nutrition, and supplementation plans grounded in evidence-based science.
